Amy's club
Amy's Clubhouse loyalty program has been designed to reward our best customer. As a member, you earn points with every order and reach different statuses (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum) that give you access to discounts and many exclusive benefits. This program is reserved for members of the Amy's Clubhouse offering a unique experience and rewards for your commitment to your all-time favourite cakes.
If you do not yet have an Amy's Bakehouse account, create one by clicking on "Register" at the top of the page, and you will automatically join the club. If you already have an account, simply log in by clicking on "Log in" and you will automatically join our loyalty programme.
It's simple: every pound spent on our website earns you 1 point!
Loyalty
To do so, log in to your account and you will see your points balance displayed at the top of the "My Account" page.
Your points will appear in your account as soon as you place your order.
Once you have registered for the loyalty programme, you will be able to view your points in your "My Account" area. You can then exchange them for discount vouchers that can be used on our website. Please note, you can only use one voucher per order.
No, your points have no expiry date.
If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your points will be automatically cancelled.If you decide to return or cancel part of your order, the points for the items concerned will be deducted. The points for the items you have kept will be credited.
VIP TIERS
There are four different statuses: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each one gives you access to exclusive benefits. You can find a description of these benefits in the table above. Access to each status is determined by the amount spent by placing orders on amysbakehouse.co.uk (£1 spent = 1 point).
•Bronze status: accessible from £250.
•Silver status: accessible from £500.
•Gold status: accessible from £1000.
•Platinum status: accessible from £2500.
To find out your status, log in to your account. You will see your status displayed in the VIP section of the "My Account" page, just below your points balance.
The levels do not expire, you cannot go down a tier, only up!
