Can I customise a cake from the Latest Creations collection?
Yes. Many cakes can be customised with alternative colours, piping styles, or personalised text. Available options will be listed on each product page.
Are these designs limited edition?
Some Latest Creations may be added permanently to our range, while others may be available for a limited time. Availability will be noted on individual product pages.
How should I store my cake?
We recommend enjoying your cake on the day of delivery. Any leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and consumed within 2–3 days.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made with at least 5 business days’ notice, subject to whether custom elements or decorations have already been ordered.
