About us

Amy’s Bakehouse is a sibling-run bakery established in 2021, born from a shared passion for creating beautifully crafted cakes that taste just as good as they look.

What started as a small operation between brother and sister - baking out of our parents’ kitchen - has grown into a multi-award-winning bakery serving London, Hertfordshire, and the surrounding areas. Today, we’re proud to operate from a two-storey bakery and office space spanning over 4,000 sq ft, supported by a talented team of over 10, all thanks to the trust and support of our incredible customers.

Our Story

Amy discovered her love for baking during lockdown, where time at home became an opportunity to experiment, create, and perfect her craft. With a natural creative flair and an obsessive eye for detail, it quickly became clear that her cakes weren’t just delicious — they were something special.

Seeing the potential, Amy teamed up with her brother, who shared her entrepreneurial drive, and together they turned a passion project into a fully-fledged business: Amy’s Bakehouse.

From birthday cakes and cupcakes to weddings, corporate events, and large-scale brand activations, our journey has been fuelled by one simple goal - to make every celebration unforgettable.

From Kitchen Table to Global Brands

Over the past few years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with some truly iconic brands, including BBC, Marks & Spencer, Hamleys, British Airways, Kylie Cosmetics, ASDA, Benefit Cosmetics, and L'Oréal.

Our cakes have featured at product launches, press events, corporate celebrations, weddings, and milestone birthdays — each one treated with the same level of care, whether it’s for 10 guests or 1,000.

Community, Charity & Zero Waste

Giving back is a core part of who we are.

We regularly support charities through cake donations, raffle prizes, free bakes, and hands-on involvement - including long-term partnerships with organisations supporting young people living with cancer and those experiencing homelessness.

We also operate with a zero food waste policy. Any leftover cakes or cancelled orders are donated to charity, ensuring that none of our bakes ever go to waste and can still bring comfort and joy to those who need it most.
