All cakes: Available in 5”, 6”, 8” and 10" diameter and are approx 5”-7" high.
2 tier cakes: Bottom tier 8" base, top tier 6" base and is approx 12-14" in height total.
This excludes Vintage Cakes, Cake Of Hearts, Mini Message Cakes and Calendar Cakes which are shorter due to less sponge layers.
Carry your cake box from underneath, do not squeeze the sides. Place your cake on the floor of an air conditioned car and not on the seat. Promptly refrigerate your cake and carefully follow our timings below. Remove from the fridge before serving 2-3 hrs in winter and 30 mins in summer. For vegan/dairy free cakes, 20 mins all year round. Serve at room temperature. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat to prevent collapse. Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge. Consume within 3-4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
Our cakes are handcrafted by people, not machines. This means the colours, sprinkles and design may vary from what’s shown in the photos. That’s what makes each cake unique and special! Seams also may be visible on cakes with a smooth base and top, such as our Mini Message Cake.
Please note that we do not accept returns once your order has been collected or delivered.
If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued, as long as we are given 5 working days notice for cakes/cupcakes, and 10 working days notice for Design Your Own themed cakes/cupcakes and Bespoke Cakes.
Changes can only be made to your order if we are given at least 5 working days notice, depending on the cake and whether additional items have been ordered specifically.
