Each cake is handmade to order using high-quality ingredients and finished with meticulous care, ensuring it arrives beautifully presented and ready to be enjoyed by you and your guests.
Delivery is available across parts of London, Greater London, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, and Essex.

Please note that even with a specific delivery request, deliveries are still made within a 2-hour time window.

The cake must be stored in the venue’s
fridge and should not be left out for more than 2 hours in the summer or 3 hours in the winter. Once the cake is on display, we strongly advise against moving it until it is taken away for cutting.
Carry your cake box from underneath, do not squeeze the sides. Place your cake on the floor of an air conditioned car and not on the seat.
Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat to prevent collapse.
Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge. Consume within 3-4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.

Our cakes are handcrafted by people, not machines. This means the colours, sprinkles and design may vary from what’s shown in the photos. That’s what makes each cake unique and special! Seams also may be visible on cakes with a smooth base and top, such as our Mini Message Cake.
Please note that we do not accept returns once your order has been collected or delivered.
If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued, as long as we are given 5 working days notice for cakes/cupcakes, and 10 working days notice for Design Your Own themed cakes/cupcakes and Bespoke Cakes.
Changes can only be made to your order if we are given at least 5 working days notice, depending on the cake and whether additional items have been ordered specifically.
